Congress Rates

The PHT 2012 PRO and ePRO Congress meeting fee is €400, which includes all meeting materials, workshops and meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday, 12 June and ending with lunch on Thursday, 14 June 2012. For existing PHT customers, PHT can offer complimentary registration for up to two attendees.

All attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses. The beautiful Les Trésoms hotel is the location for this year's meeting. PHT's exclusive group rate is €129 per night for a Forest View and €199 for the Prestige, Lake View room option. Double occupancy is an additional €20 per night. All attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses. Rooms are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Congress Highlights

The Congress features general forums along with intimate small-group breakout sessions that tutor to different levels. At the end of two days, attendees both expert and novice PRO users will have the tools and expertise to effectively implement PROs and ePRO systems and lead future PRO initiatives.

PHT hosts our 2012 PRO & ePRO Congress at the elegant and intimate Les Trésoms hotel in Annecy, France. The conference starts with a Welcome Reception which will allow attendees to meet each other and network in a collegial, relaxed atmosphere. The congress sessions will commence in the morning of 13 June and conclude with lunch on Thursday, 14 June. Registration begins 1 January 2012.
