How do I register for the meeting?

How do I make a room reservation?

Please use the PHT PRO and ePRO Conference registration form to book your room. PHT is offering a meeting-exclusive rate of $189 plus tax. You do not need to contact the resort for your reservation; please book your room by using the conference registration form.

A discounted rate of $239 plus tax is available 3 days prior and 3 days post conference.

Which airport is closest to the Sanctuary Resort and Spa?

The Sanctuary Resort and Spa is located eight miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) with a drive time of 15 minutes.

What is the dress code for the conference?

PHT suggests business casual attire for the meeting sessions. The average temperature in March is typically 75 degrees; however, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to accommodate hotel air conditioning and evening activities. Please plan to bring casual clothes and sneakers or other comfortable footwear for the Wednesday networking activity.

May I go to any breakout session, or do I have to follow a track?

You may attend any breakout session.

What is the cost to attend the PHT PRO and ePRO Conference?

PHT offers a customer loyalty rate of $250 USD for current PHT clients. For attendees who have not yet used PHT’s products and services, the conference rate is $399. The conference fee includes all conference materials and meals beginning with dinner on Tuesday, 16 March and ending with lunch on Thursday, 18 March, 2010.
