PHT's 2010 PRO and ePRO Conference will be held at the majestic Sanctuary Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona. We have negotiated a PHT-exclusive room rate of $189 per night plus tax. Attendees are responsible for this hotel rate during the meeting.

PHT is pleased to offer a group discount rate of $239 plus tax 3 days prior to and 3 days post conference based on availability. Please make your reservations through the PHT conference registration form.

Airport Information

The Sanctuary Resort and Spa is located eight miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) with a drive time of 15 minutes.

Airport Transportation Options

PHT will provide complimentary shuttle transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Tuesday, 16 March between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm. PHT will provide return shuttle transportation (to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) on Thursday, 18 March between the hours of 1 pm and 7 pm from the Sanctuary Resort and Spa.

A shuttle schedule will be provided at a later date. Please indicate your interest in airport shuttle service on the registration form.

If you are arriving or departing outside of the hours serviced by the shuttle, taxi service and Super Shuttle is available at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Reservations for Super Shuttle can be made by calling (602) 244-9000.
