ISO Certification
For many companies in numerous industries, ISO certification is synonymous with peace of mind. Sponsors rely on their ePRO technology provider to capture and manage critical endpoint data and need to be certain the system used will work reliably. Independent ISO 9001:2008 certification of the PHT quality management system assures sponsors that our solutions will perform as designed and, more importantly, that our team will work tirelessly to resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
First and Only
PHT is the only handheld eDiary provider to achieve and maintain ISO certification of its quality management system. We initially achieved ISO 9001:2000 registration in 2002 after being audited by TUV Rheinland of North America, have since undergone annual surveillance audits, and were recertified in December of 2005 and 2008. PHT achieved certification to the updated ISO9001:2008 standard in 2009.
Getting Better All the Time
Across industries, 35% of companies who achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification fail to be recertified, in part because one requirement for recertification is to demonstrate continual improvement of the company's quality processes and customer satisfaction levels. This means that PHT is always working on ways to improve the product, service and experience we deliver - to subjects, sites and sponsors. Each year we gather data via customer feedback sessions at our User Group Meetings and in other forums to improve our SOPs and ePRO solutions delivered to our valued clients around the globe.
The Benefits of ISO Certification

- Consistent delivery of products and services across clients, per our SOPs, through our Trial Success Program
- Superior product quality and more reliable technology
- More efficient business processes, saving time and money
- Global and repeatable quality standards
- Continual improvement of processes
