Going Global

It is certainly impressive to review the LogPad's list of supported languages and countries, but what are the benefits of such broad experience to study sponsors working with PHT?

1. Because our core LogPad library has been translated and validated into so many languages, in most cases only the study-specific diaries and certain questionnaires will require translation
2. We understand technology shipping and customs requirements for countries around the world, which helps us set accurate timelines and expectations for global delivery.
3. For both the LogPad and the StudyPad, it's possible to select different languages for the site and subject. Experience has demonstrated a portion of sites will recruit patients speaking a variety of native languages in global studies.
4. We can implement up to 16 languages on one eDiary file, if more are required, will break up the languages strategically to ensure the right devices go to the correct countries. This reduces hardware costs and eases site administration.
5. We have a validated translation process, and have been working with our validated translation partner, TransPerfect for 8 years. Each translation is validated by two independent translators, backward and forward, to ensure subjects can understand exactly what sponsors are asking.
