On Site Training
Site understanding and acceptance - both the how and the why - of the eClinical technology they will be using significantly improves satisfaction. Web SiteLearning delivers high quality animated and narrated online training modules (demo it here) with actionable learning objectives on the functions, and tangible benefits, of PHT's ePRO systems. Each module concludes with an interactive certification exercise, and site personnel do not receive credit for the training until they successfully complete the associated exercise. Site personnel can use Web SiteLearning at any time, and as often as they want, to refresh their knowledge on specific topics and ePRO features.
Stay on Top of Sites
Sponsors are notified when site personnel complete certification exercises, and can review real-time reports on individual progress through the program. PHT and ePharmaSolutions use these same reports to track usage and completion records in order to ensure sites are confident users of PHT's systems and full prepared to use the system after initiation.
Study-Specific Modules
The core Web SiteLearning program consists of four standard modules detailing how to get the most out of the LogPad, StudyPad and StudyWorks, as well as best practices for training subjects. Sponsors can select from these modules or, depending on need, work with PHT to develop customized trial-specific modules that can, for example, walk sites through each diary or questionnaire used in the study.
