Technology Transfer
Many sponsors are standardizing on ePRO solutions for trials that require patient-reported data. These companies and CROs can license elements of PHT's Product Suite to design and implement reliable ePRO studies using internal resources and reduce average trial deployment costs by 50%.
Transfer
PHT has invested more than 10 years and over $20 million in building the most reliable ePRO products available. By licensing our market-leading products and best practices methodologies, customers receive the benefit of using our systems internally without incurring the cost (or time) of building them. And most importantly, the return on investment increases with each trial.
The Choice is Yours
There are portions of ePRO trial implementations such as help desk support, server hosting and device logistics that may not be strategic to your business. PHT has designed its Technology Transfer with you in mind, knowing that flexibility is critical to success. The program allows you to choose which products and processes to bring in-house based on the needs and structure of your organization. Customers can integrate all of our offerings into their internal systems or bring in only one piece and outsource the rest. Products and modules available for Technology Transfer:
- LogPad eDiaries and SitePad Tablets
- ePRO Designer and validation
- Study Support Center (Tier-1 and Tier-2)
- Global logistics and inventory management
- Hosted study database
- Reporting and data transfers via StudyWorks
- Data integration
- Trial closeout and Study Archive
How it Works
In order to bring sponsors up to speed quickly, PHT's knowledge transfer process provides comprehensive training courses and two actual trial implementations prior to handoff. The first trial is managed by PHT with the customer's support; the second is executed by the client with PHT's support. Along with the products, PHT delivers our proprietary Trial Success Program methodologies for the specification, design and implementation of protocol-specific electronic patient diaries.
